On Wednesday, July 9, 2025, we gave a visiting lecture for third-year students in the Electronics Department at Wakayama Prefectural Tanabe Technical High School. With the main theme of “How to make semiconductors”, the lecture introduced and explained each process of semiconductor manufacturing, as well as covered the semiconductor industry, business types, and the jobs at semiconductor manufacturing fab.
The participated students commented that although there were some difficult parts, it was a good opportunity to learn a lot about semiconductors.

We are a member of the Chubu Semiconductor Human Resource Conference/Mie Semiconductor Network. In order to develop the next generation of high performing individuals in the semiconductor industry, we are open for requests of visiting lectures at schools throughout Japan for all educational levels from universities to elementary schools,　as part of our commitment to local communities and human resource development.
